"Web Site and E-zine Promotion Made Easy"

How to Remove the Long Affiliate Link from your E-zine

Anyone who sees:
http://www.ebooks-made-easy.com/ezGaffurl.php?offer=CLICKBANKID&pid=1
knows you are promoting an affiliate program that you are going to make a
commission from.

If the reader of the ad is also a Clickbank member, then some will REMOVE
your nickname and insert their own -yes, that's "stealing" your commission!

And, of course, you don't want to let that happen!

Here's a simple way of changing all of this if you have your own domain.

Instead of your clickbank affiliate link, you will now be able to promote
http://www.yourdomain.com/ebook.html

Here's how to do it...

1. Open Notepad, or your favorite html editor, or email software.

2. Cut and paste the following code EXACTLY. Do not change anything
or it won't work. You MUST replace the Clickbank nickname to your own
nickname, or it won't credit you.

Note: If you use an HTML EDITOR, then remove all html tags before
pasting the code below -it is the ONLY information you need on the
page. If you use NOTEPAD, then simply paste the following code.

<html>
<head>
<title>Have You Seen this Amazing Ebook?</title>

<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="0;
URL=
http://www.ebooks-made-easy.com/ezGaffurl.php?offer=CLICKBANKID&pid=1">

</head>
</html>

3. Save the file as ebook.html

Once you have pasted the above code, you need to pull down the "File"
tab from your menu bar. If you use NOTEPAD, then save the file as
ebook.html .

This will save the text file (.txt) into an HTML (web) page titled ebook.html.

If you use an HTML Editor, save the file as ebook - it will automatically
add the .html extension.

4. Upload ebook.html to your website.

Once you have built the simple page, open up your FTP program and
upload the file to your main site. Once you have ebook.html uploaded
to your web server, you will simply promote your NEW URL...
http://www.yourdomain.com/ebook.html instead of the hoplink.

The page will redirect the visitor's browser to your affiliate page, and
the result will be the same.

5. Of course you should always test the link to ensure that it is
working properly.

That's all!

However, to really prevent people from "stealing" your commission, you
need a tool like "Clickguard". This program will encrypt your web page,
and nobody will see the URL location in their web browser.
